Published EUR amounts are indicative starting prices, excluding IGIC. The quote confirms actual tax treatment by location and customer, including IGIC, VAT, reverse charge or UK rules where applicable. Consumers receive the complete tax-inclusive total and charges before accepting. .

Evidence of non-cash payments must be retained for five years under Article 7 of Spanish Law 7/2012. . . Quotes specify client content obligations and delay effects. Delivered work and liability
. Third-party licences continue to apply; clients must hold rights to supplied materials. Rankings or sales are not guaranteed. Limits must be specified and lawful; they do not exclude fraud, liability that cannot legally be excluded, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. .
Consumer cancellation
For distance service contracts, consumers normally have 14 calendar days from conclusion to cancel without reason by email or post. Missing statutory information may extend this by up to 12 months. Refunds are due within 14 days of notice using the original method unless expressly agreed otherwise without fees. Starting within the cancellation period requires a separate express request on a durable medium; cancellation then only incurs the lawful proportionate cost of work performed. Loss of the right after full performance requires prior express consent and acknowledgement. A personalised website alone does not remove this right. Digital content without a physical medium requires its specific consent and acknowledgement where applicable. These terms do not constitute such consent. Physical goods require pre-contract delivery, returns and applicable exception information.
Model cancellation notice
To Eduardo Bernadas Cruz at the address/email above: “I hereby cancel my contract for [service], concluded on [date]. Consumer name, address, date and signature (paper only).” Any other clear cancellation statement may be used.
