Privacy
The chat is custom software using Google Gemini through Netlify Functions and AI Gateway. Netlify and Google act as processors or subprocessors for technical delivery under applicable processing agreements; processing for their own purposes must be identified separately as independent controllership. . Telephone enquiries have the same purpose and pre-contractual legal basis as written enquiries.

Purposes and legal grounds
Form, WhatsApp and email enquiries: answering and preparing quotes, requested pre-contract steps (GDPR/UK GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Contracts: art. 6(1)(b). Billing and tax duties: art. 6(1)(c). Hosting security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests, limited to protecting the service (art. 6(1)(f)). Optional chat and disclosure to AI providers: consent (art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable in the footer without affecting prior lawful processing. Email and WhatsApp remain available. The form checkbox acknowledges the privacy policy; it does not authorise marketing or replace these legal grounds.
Data flows
The form prepares your name, business, optional phone, services, plan, budget and message in your browser. Sending via WhatsApp opens Meta with these data in a link; you decide to send. Email opens your mail application, with an optional Gmail alternative. This site does not store enquiries in a database. Avoid sensitive data. Chat sends your message and up to the last 20 messages, including any personal data you type, to Google Gemini through Netlify. Local history stays only in tab memory until reload, closing or withdrawal. AI replies are guidance only.
Providers and recipients
Netlify supplies hosting, functions, distribution and the AI gateway. Google supplies Gemini and Gmail if chosen; WhatsApp/Meta supplies messaging when used. Providers may be processors or independent controllers depending on contracts and services. Data are not sold. Authorities may receive data under legal duties; other processors: . The audited code has no Google Analytics, embedded maps or remote fonts. External links contact third parties only when followed.
International transfers
Providers may process data outside the EEA/UK. Verify contracts, locations and subprocessors: . Applicable safeguards may include adequacy decisions, current EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification/UK extension, or standard contractual clauses with transfer assessments and supplementary measures; UK transfers may require the UK Addendum or IDTA. No unverified contractual safeguard is asserted.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries: . Contracts and invoices: applicable statutory periods (generally four tax years and six commercial years in Spain where applicable), restricted for outstanding liabilities. Local chat history lasts until reload, closing or withdrawal. Infrastructure/AI retention: . Preference cookie: 180 days. Withdrawal prevents further chat requests; ask the controller about provider-held data deletion.
Rights and complaints
